Getting started
How do I generate my first lesson plan?
After logging in, click "Lesson Plans" in the sidebar, then "+ New". Pick subject, grade, topic, and click Generate. The output is editable.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. We send a verification link to the email you registered with — open it within 24 hours. If it expired, log in and resend from the prompt.
Billing & plans
What counts as one generation?
One AI-completed output: one lesson plan, one slide deck, one batch of student comments, etc. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Settings → Billing, pick a plan, and complete checkout via Stripe. Your new quota and features unlock within seconds of payment success.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Stripe handles the rest — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Privacy & PDPA
Where is my data stored?
All teacher data is stored in AWS RDS in ap-southeast-5 (Kuala Lumpur), encrypted at rest. We do not move student PII outside Malaysia.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Data → Export takes you to a JSON download of everything in your tenant. Delete is OWNER-only and is irreversible after a 7-day grace period.
